Hi. I am starting a new, free, health & wellness forum website. I am
looking to guage interest in a website of this nature, and would also
like to request input on what sorts of categories to include for
discussion. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and those who
make a substantial contribution (idea-wise) will be recognized.

Health and wellness ideas run across the spectrum. It is not practical to
make a website that encompasses everything everyone believes. Thus, the key
is to pick your favorite skew and create a niche for it.
