If you are talking about http://www.livingfuel.com then it contains exactly
the same nutrients you get in a well rounded diet.

At 77.97 for 24 scoops it costs 20 times what I pay for the same nutrients.
But then again I eat fresh food.

Didn't try it, looks like a very expensive way to not eat veggies, touts
the questionable "juicing" method of geeting goodies, which is pure bunck.  
The source on the web for this includes a "doctor" whose "advice" is
highly questionable.  Eat your veggies, your mother was right, and toss
the majic short cuts these marketers sell.  Jucing waistes all the fiber
and many of the good nutrients that promote good health.
