Hello,
Just checked my bp last week. A bit lower
than usual, systolic is:98, diastolic is: 68
and heartbeat is 58.

Is this considered normal or below normal?

I'm 5 ft. 3 inches and weigh 118 lb.

Don't feel unusual, sometimes see bright
lights when getting up after sitting down for a while.
Any safe ways to raise blood pressure?

Thanks

Individuals vary.    Do some research.. discuss the matter
with your doctor.
If you are young and an athlete those figures might be a real
good sign... if you are old and weak, and get tired easily..
then those figures might indicated an issue that needs to be
addressed.

If this condition is a change from previous higher levels see
a doctor soon..  if you have always had low blood pressure and
arent dead yet...you are probably fine, maybe more than
fine...

What does your doctor say about this?    Some people will love
to have blood pressure close to your range, say 110 over 70...
so you are not so far out of range  as to be too low....
imho.     How long do people live in your family?  Grand
parents etc.  I suspect they are very long lived and that you
have inherited a great set of genes.
