Hello,
Just checked my bp last week. A bit lower
than usual, systolic is:98, diastolic is: 68
and heartbeat is 58.

Is this considered normal or below normal?

I'm 5 ft. 3 inches and weigh 118 lb.

Don't feel unusual, sometimes see bright
lights when getting up after sitting down for a while.
Any safe ways to raise blood pressure?

Thanks

No. My BP is often 90 over 50 and pulse 50. I'm 6'3' and weigh 185.
