I bought the book "The CompleteBook of Enzyme Therapy" which is an
eye-opener.  Has anyone tried using enzyme supplements; if so, what ones and
what for?

If you are not using enzyme supplements, are there any foods that you have
used over a period of time that you feel have helped you regarding
nutrition/digestion.

I gather from the book that one should eat even more raw foods in the juice
form, as well; yogurt, miso, kefir.  It is alarming to think that most
enzymes in food are destroyed by cooking, and these enzymes are necessary
for digestion; i.e, nutrition.

Any comments and help and discussion would be a great help to me.
Thanks,
Dee

Before considering how valid the book, also read to answer the question
if "Enzymes survive digestion and what is the source of them in the body:
