Well, now I am a little bit confused.
So is it mediterranean diet (characterized by vegetables, fruits, pulses,
nuts, fish, meat, cereals, olive oil, and wine according to study - remove
cereals and you have my low-carb diet) or "high-complex-carbohydrate" diet
according to your previous post?

Yes, and which indicates you can add grains, and it's products in their
complex forms, to your diet for exellent results with a moderate carb
diet. And if you want another example where similar results are known,
the e. asia diet with 70 percent carbs.

Another pointless study of little scientific importance pre designed
to show the obvious. Do you really not get it? How many freakin
mediterranean studies do you need smart guy? Do you really think this
is the best use of time and money to keep doing sh.t like this over
and over??? Such narrow minded studies with preconceived outcomes
that tell us little? You seem to love this stuff. The more pointless
and irrelevant the more you love it. This is junk science and it is a
waste of time and money. If you can not see that obvious fact then
there is something wrong with you.
