I walked the aisles at WalMart looking for breads or crackers or cookies that
are gluten free. Saw some corn bread products that turned out to list Wheat as
the main ingredient.

At regular stores like Walmart, what breads or cookies do they sell that are
non-gluten. I mean virtually every cookie and cracker box I read showed WHEAT
as main ingredient. Looks like mainstream stores would give Celiac sufferers at
least one product out of the thousands.

I've been wheat free for about 7 years, and long ago gave up shopping
at 'super' stores or 'super' markets.  They don't have the products I
desire.

Depending on where in the world you live, there may be a natural foods
store available, else you will have to mail order.
