Which is better in terms of helping digestation and reducing gas -- I
get TONS of that no matter what I eat, and I mean it comes from BOTH
ends!!!!  Is either any helpful?  If not, is there something else that
can help?

Food allergies. Stop eating grains and dairy. They are killers.

    Dairy (including cow's milk) product have a heavy casein
    protein content.   Three times that of human mother's milk.
    As such, many humans have trouble digesting such thick
    protein.
    And end up with health problems such as ear infections;
    strep throat; and hay fever.

   They may not be dead but they suffer from many health problems.

Too much gas is either due to too much swallowed air or too much
bacterial fermentation. In this probiotics may help. Try a
multi-strain probiotic preparation and be sure that it has the proper
number of bacteria in it (many products are essentially dead and thus
useless...)
