You all have made a great recomendation for a book for me a while ago. I
was wondering if you could help me with this one.
my brother is into losing weight and eating better. He was lookng for a
book that will tell you the number of calories are in the common foods we
eat, and also the nutrients in the food and how it will help you, ie. like
brocolli has vitamin A nad that is good for ...etc. and why it may be BAD
for you, and also how much excercise is needed to take burn the food off.
