Me and the wife used to have recurring back-and-forth bouts of yeast infections regularly. Went low carb about 4 years ago, started vitamin supplements at the same time, mostly a b complex, and I honestly can't recall the last time we had that problem. Haven't had a prescription of any sort including topical ointments in 4 years.
