LOL damn i just finished responding to your previous garbage and now
this. Again total BS. A total lack of reality. It really is
amazing. Completely ignoring the major factor as always (Western
pattern was characterized by higher intakes of red and processed
meats, sweets and desserts, french fries, and refined grains..) truly
unbelievable. And of course their conclusion is a joke also.
(CONCLUSION: A diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes,
poultry, and fish and low in refined grains, potatoes, and red and
processed meats may lower risk of CHD) again not one mention of the
major factor in modern "western" diets. If you can not bring yourself
to see this joke for what it is and accept reality then you are just
another pathetic fool and dupe. Even you should be able to step back
and clear yourself of your biased stupidity and accept that just maybe
they should at least be mentioning liquid/hydrogenated vegetable oils.
It is so obvious that they are completely and purposely avoiding even
talking about it. It is almost as if they are trying to pretend it
does not even exist. And when it is such a MAJOR factor as I stated
in my response to your previous post. You call that real science??
It is a well known FACT that for researchers to say things that will
upset the edible oil industry WILL JEAPORDIZE FUTURE FUNDING!! That
is pure and simple reality. You may not understand or accept it but
believe me those researchers know better than anyone else.

Where are your points? What is your point?
> Fung et al. Arch Intern Med.2001; 161: 1857-1862.
This is the year 2004. Just thought that you might want to know.
This study does not address methods of cooking, so I fail to see what
the choice of oil has to do with anything? That info is probably not
even available from the data.
> Using dietary information from a food frequency questionnaire in 1984
Ha, ... Hah, Ha! Why not use data from 1950?
> identified 2 major dietary patterns-"prudent" and "Western"
Ha, ... Hah, Ha!
"prudent" and "Western"
Ha, ... Hah, Ha!
Gee, you mean that you need a study to figure out that some people
like to eat heathy while others don't?
Ha, ... Hah, Ha!
