I want to take magnesium for tics. I heard somewhere that magnesium
and calcium are inversely proportionate (???) Does that mean that if I
want magnesium I should only take magnesium instead of the
calcium/magnesium/zinc supplements I see everywhere. In other words,
if I take calcium with the magnesium does it decrease the magnesium?
Thanks,
Gabe

May be.

That's seems right

I don't know

Please.
In fact it seems that magnesium is more necessary than calcium because
aliments are not enough rich with this metal.
I do a solution with sulfate of magnesium 20g dissolved in one litre of
water . I drink (beurk!) 1/20 for twenty days by month. I start that 3
months and then 1 month every 6 months
It works for my tics.
