I have fairly low stomach acid production and would like to know what is
the best form of magnesium for this and that also does not cause the
diarhea effect as much at a normal dose say 350 mg/daily.  Also what is a
chelate in reference to minerals like magnesium?

Why do you need the magnesium supplementation, and not other things?
Do you know why your stomach is low in acid production. Or really more
*how* do you know? A magnesium salt like the chloride or sulfate would
be neutral enough. Don't overdo it, however. If you are getting
diarrhoea, you are taking way too much.
I saw something on this in the archives. Do a google search
