Sunlight and health

I just found a site where interesting correlations between sunlight and
health are revealed.

Seems to me that there is a happy medium for most exposures. Too much
Sun is bad, too little is bad. How much should we get? As much as you
like without getting burned, I would guess. Northern climes -- get as
much as you can -- tropical climes, avoid the 10 am to 3 pm Sun, but
don't avoid it altogether. On cold days going for a walk, I often roll
my sleeves right up, on hot days, I roll them right down around solar
noon.
