I take a several supplements: B complex, Cal+Mag, E+CoQ10, selenium,
zinc, etc. I take a few herbs part time, too: ginkgo, rhodiola
(liquid), green tea extract (liquid), and a few occasional others.
Also, I use a flax/borage combo to wash all the pills down, and a
colloidal silica gel because, while I know it's regarded as snake oil
by many, it has a dramatically obvious effect reducing visiblity of an
unfortunate scar.

I also get a good organic veggie mix, including a variety of leafy
ones.

The tricky part with some of these things is traveling, which I enjoy
very frequently. I have to pack the oil and silica in a mini-cooler
with a small ice pack and get it refrigerated when I get where I'm
going. That's a pain if I'm flying. Veggies are tough to transport,
especially the leafies, and I usually don't get the quantity or
quality wherever I'm visiting. I'd appreciate any traveling tips and
strategies anyone can offer, especially for 4 to 10 day vacations.

Are you for real?
Why do you go through this strange ritual?
Are you ill?
