Hi! I've been taking a multi-vitamin supplement daily for as long as I can
remember. I've just bought some high strength cod liver oil capsules and
notice that as well as the DHA, and EPA there is 100% RDA of both vitamin A
and D. Would the extra A and D be ok with the Multi-vitamin? Thanks

Probably...the RDA levels for most vitamins are very low..
but with some you need to do research... look up the the
therapeutic doses listed for A and D on the web
www.google.com 'web' tab on top of box... then fill in the
search box with yer search terms...press enter.

The best source I suggest is:
http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/index.html
This covers all the vits and mins as well as other nutritional substances
and gives a readable review about such things as concern you.
