Does the pasteurization (flash pasteurization) of carrot juice destroy
most of the benefits of drinking it? What good chemicals does it
destroy?
Thanks

It kills the enzymes, those are crucial.  also the enzymes die
off pretty fast after juicing so drink it right away, add a
little beet, some celery, kale, various greens,,,   apple...
ginger, garlic.   tastes like hell but its REALLY good for
you.

Do they survive to enter into the blood, do they survive the very strong
stomach acid if they are so easily damaged?

Which enzymes are crucial and crucial for what?

>also the enzymes die

In what way? Why not just eat a good enjoyable diet?

Digestion bud.... the hunan produced enzymes decline about
80% by age 60... the begining of accelerated decay in many
cases.

  You didnt know that?   impressive

Now do yourself a favor, keep up the trashing and
spinning..that will ruin whats left of YOUR brain...it only
agravates others.

Call that progress if you want.

Never heard of that enzyme.
What do carrots "digest", by the way?

Which enzymes though? There are countless digestive enzymes, as many
as there are substances to digest. Which ones in carrots are at all
usable by humans, and survive the humans proteases?

Regression in your case. Do you notice that you have said nothing but
meaningless insult in your last thirty odd words?

I don't wonder why you must resort to that!

Why would anyone think of such a strange idea as pasturizing carrot juice?

What are the benefits of drinking it with respect to eating a few
carrots? Much better for you on several fronts, unless you haven't got
any teeth :-)

you are about as sharp as diarhea buddy.   Juiced you can
consume the primary key nutreiets of 10 lbs of carrots a day
easily... same with the other vegitables... eating whole you
dont get enough since todays vegies are raised on petro
chemicals and are greatly depleated in nutrients.   after the
juice you eat a salad ete for the fiber or make carrot cake
out of the carrot fiber remaining after juicing.

there are world renown books on this and no shortage of
testimonials...I am one in fact..one the keys to getting back
on the race track at almost 64 now.

You however are free to do what you wish....
and notice the results.

Here is some advice...if you start to declen fast... juice
fast (read a book on it) for a month, and it will at the very
least help greatly,

Phil Scott
one of the worlds oldest motorcycle racers... 600cc class.. we
move right along in that class.  Over 100 mph siding sideways
into the turns.  and we come out sometimes on the back wheel
roosting dirt.      Raw juice friend.  Younger women..and a
few tricks that posting about only gets me trashed  (by 300
lb+ folks in bad shape mostly)

carry on...

We'll see, huh?

Why in Gods' names would you want to poison yourself with 10 lbs of
carrots per day? That is one of the silliest things I've heard

>eating whole you
>dont get enough since todays vegies are raised on petro
>chemicals and are greatly depleated in nutrients.

And yet there is no evidence for this depletion.
Could you explain the difference between a molecule of urea made from
petroleum, and one made by your liver?

> after the
>juice you eat a salad ete for the fiber or make carrot cake
>out of the carrot fiber remaining after juicing.

What a total waste of energy and time.
I love a few raw carrots on my salad.
Great jaw, gum and teeth exercise

Great evidence. Please don't show me any more.

Thanks for your permission. But seems to me that your carrot juice
binge has addled your logical thought processes.

No thanks. It makes zero sense. Do you juice your salad and rump
steak?

No wonder you are forced to resort to insults....
