What is the temperature range that a normal healthy human being can
survive in?  For instance, can a person spend a day in 120 degree
weather and be okay?

sure he can, not in the direct sun,,, that would broil him
alive.   In the shade as long as he has water and salt tablets
so he can sweat he can suvive at 120 even warmer..its body
temperature that is relevant and the ability to evaporate
enough water (sweat) to keep body temps down to 106 F or so
max.

That takes a lot of water, a few gallons a day in some
conditions.

also relative humidity is a huge factor... at 120 and 100% rh
you can sweat but wont evaporate so you would be cooked meat,
In deserts 120 is with very low humidity so cooling by
perspiration works real well.

Check the max number though mine here was a guess.
