Do flax oils go bad when poured to another jar?

Have you ever tried pouring half of a fresh bottle of flax seed oils
into a glass jar and watch it foam to the top? That's what I did and
I'm worried that the oil has gone rancid. I store them in the
refrigerator and under vacuum hoping to preserve its freshness.
But the foaming (similar to pouring a can of bear into a mug) is
strange and unexplainable? Is it still good?

Thanks

Assuming you're putting it in a glass jar, it may be the light. Some
oils go rancid with light even if refrigerated. Come to think of it, I
can't ever remember seeing a tranparent jar of flax seed oil on the
shelves at the store.
