Healthy in what regard? for a given amount, For weight control, for blood
lipids, for blood glucose, for heart disease risk; in and of itselve the
question has no meaning.

I'm sorry I don't have the specific
but even so, 8% trans-fat versus 40% poly unsaturated,
it is like
getting hit at 8 miles an hour by a steel pipe
versus getting hit by a rubber pipe at 40 mile an hour
the first hit will not break anything, you will not even get a bruise
the second that's gona hurt

Healthy donut = oxymoron by definition. Healthy food is generally
unprocessed.
With creamer one can come closer, perhaps, as less may be used. Fat
free "half n' half" might be relatively healthy.

"fat" is a necessary nutrient and good for humans.

That would be a whole wheat bagel and skim milk.
