multi-vitamin Vs fruit and veg ?

Can anyone advise me if the benefits of eating fruit and vegetables over a
good multi-vitamin?

Fibers (both soluble and not soluble). Better bio-availability. Better
taste. Non-vitamins, non-mineral stuff (phenols, oligo-elements...).

You get fiber with the fruit and vegetables.

Also, protection from most types of cancers, CHD,

name a few.
