It seems so.
MUFA now seem to be best. PUFA are easily oxidized, do they are by many
thought to cause LDL to dangerous oxidized form. One of explanation of
PUFA cholesterol lowering effects is that it through oxidation of LDL
dumps cholesterol to your arteries, so that TC then goes down :)
