Why? Can't you eat oranges until you have the surgery?
> 1. Does 1 glass of OJ = 1 orange?
No. I think it takes three or four oranges to make one glass of orange
juice. Go to the store, buy some oranges, and see how many oranges it takes
to make a glass of orange juice.
> 2. OJ does not seem to have the fiber content of an orange. Is that so?
Yes. Why you are done squeezing the oranges, notice all the stuff left
behind. A lot of that is fiber and other nutrients.
> 3. A number of years ago, I read in that famous source "somewhere" that OJ

Look on the label of the orange juice containers. if they add supplements,
it should say so.
> 4. Which is the best OJ, nutritionally?
The OJ that you get when you eat the whole orange.
> Is there an OJ web site?
www.google.com. Type in orange juice in the search box.
