Since I'm having oral surgery on 13 September 2004, a few weeks ago, I
decided to drink orange juice instead of eating oranges:

1.  Does 1 glass of OJ = 1 orange?
2. OJ does not seem to have the fiber content of an orange. Is that so?
3. A number of years ago, I read in that famous source "somewhere" that OJ
made from concentrate might be as good, or better than, pure OJ, because the
concentrated OJ likely has supplements. Is that so?
4. Which is the best OJ, nutritionally?

Is there an OJ web site?

Why? Can't you eat oranges until you have the surgery?

> 1.  Does 1 glass of OJ = 1 orange?

No. I think it takes three or four oranges to make one glass of orange
juice. Go to the store, buy some oranges, and see how many oranges it takes
to make a glass of orange juice.

Yes. Why you are done squeezing the oranges, notice all the stuff left
behind. A lot of that is fiber and other nutrients.

Look on the  label of the orange juice containers. if they add supplements,
it should say so.

> 4. Which is the best OJ, nutritionally?

The OJ that you get  when you eat the whole orange.

> Is there an OJ web site?

www.google.com. Type in orange juice in the search box.
