major fats and fat subjects were NOT independently associated with primary

"while major fats and fat subjects were not      independently associated
with primary open-angle glaucoma risk, there
was a "suggestive positive association" between a higher ratio of
n-3
to n-6 polyunsaturated fat and the condition, with a rate ratio of
1.49. The tie was stronger for high-tension primary open-angle
glaucoma, with a rate ratio of 1.68. "
