In the recent post about fish and lipid profile and in this study,
profiles for lipids are changed for the better.  The "dash" diet suggests
using fish and dairy as one's animal sources, and that combination is not
unlike the "mediterranean diet" in such sources:

Of course almost no one gets all the benefits of milk because everyone
drinks non fat milk.  Do you really think the media and politically
correct nutrition will ever catch up to reality and stop always
recommending the garbage that is non fat milk? I dont thik so.
