Insects are available in large quantities, they grow fast and they
taste very good.I like worms and ants, but other people prefer other
insects.
I think insects will be the food of the future.Insects are BSE-free
and not o full of chemicals like cows and pigs.
So I recommend to invest into insect - as- food- research, this will
be a large market in a few years.

Is there a website where you can see how to breed these insects safely? You
are breeding your worms and ants yourself?

I don't care, I still won't eat them. No matter how healthy they are. :)

I like to remind my wife that lobster and spiders share the same taxonomy,
I'm lucky to remain alive.

I don't think so.
While I would agree that agriculture as we know it will nearly
disappear over the next 30 years, IMO the likely scenario will
be that we will be able to grow the exact foods we want with
very high efficiency directly from cell cultures.
