Here is an interesting question for all the high carb advocates:

How many carbs is too many?

Once upon a time, our fellow tcomeau
rambled on about "how many carbs is too many."
Our champion De-Medicalizing in sci.med.nutrition retorts, thusly ...

>How many carbs is too many?

That is so easy!

One more carb than you need is too many carbs.

Just thought that you might want to know. :)

Interesting that you haven't got a clue after so many years reading
this group, (and hopefully hitting the books).

There is too much carbohydrate in your diet when there is too much
energy.

There is too much protein when there is too much energy, and your
kidneys are overloaded.

There is too much fat in your diet when there is too much energy.

Carbohydrates in a varied, wholefood, balanced, eucaloriec diet are
fine.
