cold weather effect

A few days ago, I spent a half hour or so in some very cold weather.
Now, even though I'm inside, my head seems to want to shake a little
like it's still cold out.  Anyone know what might be causing this?

It's called preconditioning. One of those search engines might explain it in
less keystrokes than I can.
