Hmmm... Cyber doctor told me something.

.
My high density lipid - 43. I am on borderline. If it drops below 40,
I am dead.

.
My low density lipid - 134. Here also I am on borderline. It should be
below 100.
I knew, ECG is just farce. It does not reveal real situation. My third
ECG in last 18 months was declared 'normal' by doctors.
Now doctors say chest x-ray is not necessary even though I am smoking
for 18 years because I am just(!) 36. But I am going to force them to
do it.

Your interpretations are exaggerrated. Speak with your physician and
also a nutritionist. Exercise and good diet are probably VERY adequate
to help improve the numbers. Are those possible for you to address?
