My brother who lives in Pennsylvania had Keystone Mercy health
insurance.  He was unemployed for a while, qualified him for this
free plan.  He also takes life sustaining medications.  He just got
a job and is earning $21,600 per year, which disqualifies him from
his current insurance.  It will terminate in a week.   He has some
pre-existing conditions like diabetes, so I'm worried he will not
be able to obtain coverage. I'm willing to help him pay for his
insurance, if he can get it.  Any advice on how to obtain insurance
would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

Go to Google and type in health insurance. You should find several sites
that let you search for health insurance.

I would certainly talk to his doctor's office, the people at Keystone Mercy
Health and a social worker at your local hospital. They may be able to help
with low-cost insurance.
