4 months ago I fell off a chair and hit the tip (the sharper tip closer to
body) of my elbow on a concrete floor. It hurt but did not feel like
anything serious.

Ever since then, whenever there is pressure on that spot, it is still
slightly painful, like when I prop myself up from a bed with my forearm. If
it is healing, it is healing at an unnoticeble rate.

It can't be a bruise because there is no darken area. It can't be broken
bone because there is no excruciating pain. What injury could this possibly
be?

It most certainly can be a fracture. You could have just chipped the
bone, or produced very small fractures. Sometimes those only cause
slight pain. The "tip" of your elbow is a ,somewhat long and flat,
projection of your ulna bone called the "olecranon process". That is
most likely what you have damaged.

Let me see if I can find you a good diagram...

There ya go. It is on the right most picture on the second row down,
just look for "olecranon process"

This site discusses olecranon fractures.

Good luck.
