The Value of Common Fruits and Vegetables
Apples - Rich in vitamins and minerals. Especially good for maintaining skin, hair and fingernails.

Bananas - A good source of potassium that helps beat fatigue and muscle weakness.
Broccoli - A cruciferous vegetable containing substances known to help reduce and prevent certain cancerous tumours.
Carrots - A good source of fibre, potassium and vitamin A, helping to improve eyesight, fight infections and keep skin and hair healthy.

Please don't post in HTML. It makes it harder to respond, harder to read and
harder to listen to (for people using text to speech software).

Actually, carrots don't improve eyesight. They help to preserve it because
vitamin A is used by the body to make retinol, a compound that makes up the
photopigments used for sight. But, vitmain A won't do anything to improve
how well you can see once you have enough retinol.
