helping homeless men, women, and children.

We are dedicated to the principle that decent shelter,
sufficient food, affordable housing,

Blog, I'll warrant ye, or dog? Who knows. Pass the grog!
But if ye see me lost pup, please bring that scurvy dog home!
I got Leon a brand-new bone, with a chest full a' booty.

"Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown,
Want not, time and place will be fruitfully offered.

Was graft with crab-tree slip; whose fruit thou art,
We see the appearing buds; which to prove fruit,

Where I may have fruition of her love."

"Say Hello to Argyle ~

Behind his horns he sports a smirk,
Stands squarely on webbed feet,
A clever fellow sporting plaid
In foliage where he lurks.

Some say the river flows his tears.
Some say the forest heals his fears.

Please note. Argyle's not a crocodile
Nor fancy alligator.
His furry sweater diamonds blaze,
He's nothing like a newt.

And if you're nice to Argyle
Behind his tears you see him smile.

Some say he sports a bathing suit,
Hunts truffles under roots,
Slurps stars thirstily from a champagne flute.
But The Field Guide says, 'Take note:

Argyle don't give a hoot
For snobs or high-fallutin' ways.'

If Disenchantment stung his eyes,
If mourning Beaver's Mint
For all his forest pals who died
Rained tears to rein his fears,
Now Argyle guards, on humble foot,
The Corridors of Bereavement.

This clever fellow sporting plaid,
Who's very down-to-earth,
Proudly sports his birthday suit,
A furry sweater diamonds blaze ~

His Spartan outfit known as tartan,
A checkered pattern forest-woven."

"The ripest fruit first falls, and so doth she;
To make this creature fruitful!
To taste the fruit of yon celestial tree."

What but that of the most foolish ~ ?

For by what more proper name can so great a goddess

"I saw four weird fellows traveling
Together as one. This creature seemed swift,

Bolder than birds-left black tracks.
It flew through air and dove under waves.

The warrior who winds all four over gold ~
Plated roads pushed restlessly on."

I know Erasmus did a big hit some centuries ago
but Baudelaire will teach you a good art of capitalisation.

Bah, I know I have some progress to do in regard
of the English grammar but my folly is that I take this
language as a lego and eveybody knows that the fun
part with it begins when your are making your own
without reading the manual.
