No the matter is not shoot him? I just want to know is it cured
permanently or not. Whatever God gives us we take is easily rather
than to think shoot etc. etc., instead of to think how can take care of
the patient.

No, it cannot be cured. Some forms remit in children, but rarely in
adults. Shooting is not a good solution; asking god won't work either;
consult a nephrologist.
