Pregnancy is usually contraindicated for women with nephrotic syndome.
Nephrotic syndrome is not usually considered 'curable' as it is part of
the progression of chronic kidney disease (there are some exceptions).

No the matter is not shoot him? I just want to know is it cured
permanently or not.  Whatever God gives us we take is easily rather
than to think shoot etc. etc., instead of to think how can take care of
the patient.

No, it cannot be cured. Some forms remit in children, but rarely in
adults. Shooting is not a good solution; asking god won't work either;
consult a nephrologist.

Shinde,
I suggest that you read the following book. It was written by a doctor
that is a professor at the Johns Hopkins Univ. School of Medicine:

"Coping With Kidney Disease" by Mackenzie Walzer, M.D

Doctor Walzer discusses at least one patient in his book that once had
Nephrotic Snydrome but no longer has the symptoms of Nephrotic Syndrome.
