The flu shots are back on. The health ministry in Israel investigated and
determined that the four deaths involved were not caused by the vaccine.

This is an example of good data reporting and analysis resulting in
suspension of a vaccine program until health officials determine if the
vaccine is dangerous. In this case, it was not and vaccination resumed.
