I am wondering about AIDS deaths and HIV transmission rates in parts of
Africa which have traditional family values (e.g North Africa) and
possibly Sharia Law and parts which do not.

There may exist the possiblity that a few executions and
stonings/lashings may cut the level of fornication which has led to so
many dying from AIDS.

Surely someone has done a serious study on this.  One example I heard
was the circumcision of the male made him less likely to catch HIV.

Sharia law allows half hour 'marriages' ie sex in exchange for
paying the Mullah a payment .

Was this divinely revealed? Sounds like a loophole.
