I get headaches. what can one do for them?
I was told to abstain for a heart arrythmia problem.

I've kicked a caffeine habit several times.  What I've done is to ingest no
caffeine until I get a headache.  Then I ingest a very small amount - like
1/8 of an Excredrin.  That fixes the headache.  The interval between
headaches will grow longer and longer.  If I recall correctly it would take
about 2 weeks until the headaches disappeared completely.  It's a piece of
cake.

Good Luck, Bob
