Hi, I have started practicing Yoga and often during a class I will feel
a sensation like my body is being filled with some kind of energy.
It's a very pleasant feeling and it seems like it is probably a healthy
thing.  It feels like my cells become more alive, and that is why I'm
posting about this.  Can anyone tell me what is likely going on in my
body when this happens?  It usually doesn't last for very long, but if
I kept at it more, it seems like the duration would increase.  I'm
curious if it would cause my body to function much more optimally where
it could heal quicker.

Thanks for any info.

Tom,
Google "endorphine". I am not a doctor.
