I think that your main problem for the disturbance is the inflamants in
your back muscles, which is much more common in your daily life, such
as when you sleep, you had the bed not covered ok, and the back muscles
was cooler at that time. You would go and have some heat on your back,
in that way, maybe you can feel better.

Thank you for your swift response....
I didn't mention bed...when I get up in the morning my back does feel tight
and fairly painful if I try and bend over and touch my toes. But after a
while the pain goes. This is not a pain that I feel at anyother time unless i
run as mentioned above or in the morning.
I did spend a might in a tempura bed, the sponge stuff that moulds around
your body and my back was good the next day?!?!
So in summary of your response - you recommend heat before running? Would
something like deep heat the cream be enough? Is there anything other than
heat that i could do to stop it? I guess stretching is gong to help much.
