Before you click, it's horrible [you might puke up so only look if you
are a doctor]

There's a really gross flap of skin hanging of my neck

It can feel pain (i.e. pin prick)

How can i get it removed?

I think my mother has the same thing on her neck.

I'm not a doctor, but I couldn't find anything *gross* on your neck.
Have you considered actually *going* to a doctor to have it
evaluated/removed? I think that's going to be your only option.

If it's just a flap of skin, it *may* be a skin tag (aka cutaneous
papilloma), which is benign and can easily be removed by a doctor. I
got some during my last pregnancy, no big deal. Note that this is not a
diagnosis; you should see your doctor about the problem (he/she won't
be grossed out).

We do have a general surgeon on here, but AFAIK he doesn't operate via
Usenet. :)
