What is this supposed to be? The things listed there represent a miniscule
percentage of commonly used medical instrumentation. What's the point of
such an incomplete list without explanation of the instruments lised?

LOL. Yes. First you send your credit card number, *then* you get the
list of prices, *then* you get a box of miscellaneous used medical
equipment from [pick random third-world country], *then* you get a
credit card bill indicating you've had a wonderful time vacationing in
Fiji.

A copy of your signature is then affixed to a new doctor's oath
stating, in part:
