Help with diet

I am 34, male and 179 lbs. My bodyfat fluctualtes on my scale depending
on time of day between 16-18%. Diabetes runs in my family. (I dont have
it). I have low normal testosterone and take androgel once a day.

My diet is this: Mon-Fri: (Doing this for about two years)

Breakfast: low carb breakfast bar. One sausage. One bananna. One diet
coke. One bottle of water

snack: Turkey jerky or peanuts or blueberries

Lunch: Turkey. I small can of peas. One type of fruit like an apple or
grapes or strawberries.Diet coke

Snack: Turkey Jerky or beanuts or blueberries

Dinner: I spurge and eat whatever my wife fixes as well as snacks.

Weekends:

I spluge and eat whatever my wife fixes. (Within reason.)

I lift wieghts lightly before work Mon-Fri. about 20 minutes. Bench
press, tricep pull downs, shoulder shruggs, incline bench press, lat
pull downs. This is by myself and as I said lightly.

I try to run 3-4 days a week 2.4 miles. It takes me between 20-23
minutes.

I would like to get my bodyfat percentage lower. All my fat is in my
gut and I hate it. I would like to be able to see my stomach muscles.
But my main worry is longevity. Am I eating too much fat? Will this
clog my arteries? I have been trying to eat lower car (not Atkins)
because of the family history of diabetes but am I doing so at the
sacrifice of heart health? (Another family problem. My dad had bypass
at 53 and my uncle in his 40's.) My dad is obese.

Also, will eating a diet such as this cause or contribute to um sexual
problems?\

Thanks for your advice!
