i have this small lump on my upper thigh kind of where pressure is
when you sit down, but not directly.  its more to the side of that.
ive had it for a while, it doesnt hurt and hasnt changed for a year
or so.. what could it be? should i assume its cancerous? thanks.

Also i wanted to add this is completely under the skin it is not
visable at all.

Hello,
Ask your doctor to take a look at it. The doctor would have to do
a biopsy to determine whether or not it was cancerous. No person
in this newsgroup could tell you whether or not it is cancerous. If they
did do that--they would only be guessing. See your doctor.

You're concerned enough to post about it, and have entertained the idea
that it might be cancerous. Sounds like it's time to see a doctor and
lay your worries to rest. Might just be a cyst, but only a doctor can
tell you for sure. Make an appointment.

(I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice, just common sense.
;))
