A friend has been diagnosed with an aneurism in, if I heard it right,
the "willow of the brain." Things are rather confused right now and I
could have misunderstood - perhaps they said "the willow of <garble>."
Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Circle of Willis?

Do a google search. Common to have berry aneurysms there.
