Sorry if this is OT, but any other more appropriate NGs I could find had
absolutely no traffic.
Anyway, could anybody here possibly help me ID the following instruments
in this image? I don't know where else to ask, but any suggestions would
be appreciated.

The rods on the bottom right are hollow and have a wire running through
them, and an adjustable handle. One end of the wire is a hook and on the
handled end, the wire is a loop.
I believe the instrument on the right is a cranioclast.

The instrument at the top looks like obstetric forceps:

That's definitely correct, thanks. So now I have identified the
cranioclast (large tool on the right), obstetric forceps and the pointed
looking scissors type thing in the middle is a perforator.
I'm really dying to know what the rod-like tools are in the bottom left.
