Hello,

Our body is constituted of many chemicals. Some may be in their
ionic/elementry form, other in some molecular or coupound form. Main
important  elemental constituets are:-
C, H, O, N, S, Ca, Na, K, Mg, Fe, Cl, P, F ad Si

I have few questions in this respect:-

1. C, H, O, N, & S are constituted as glucose, lipids and protiens.
Whether other bio-chemicals are also constituted in some molecular or
compound form in body?

2. Which out of above bio-chemicals or their compounds are responsible
for causing contractions or relaxations in our bodies?

3. How these effect acid, base and water balances in our bodies?

Best wishes.

Sorry but I am observing bit lazyness, aversion or lack of knowledges
here.
Anyway, can different fruits and foods effect vascular tone or
vasoconstriction and vasodilation?
