It appears that your message is that you have fossils that "disprove" that evolution occurs, or at least by current current theory/theories. You're missing a piece of how science works. You need an alternative theory, which, more or less, is able to explain what the current theory explains, as well as your fossil evidence. Science is generally less about disproving theories, and more about creating theories, the effect of which maybe to displace existing theories.
