I am not a doctor but will tell you just one of the causes of fluid
coming out. Some types of sexually transmitted veneral diseases cause
fluid to be released. It's possible that you have some sort of
an infectious disease. You should go to a doctor. The doctor could
conduct blood studies. In addition, the doctor would probably
do a laboratory culture and microscopic analysis of the discharge.
You may want to do a google search for
these terms:
pelvic inflammatory disesease
epididymitis
endocarditis
veneral disease

Someone doing Kegel exercises is unlikely to contract epididymitis.

I never stated that the OP contracted epididymitis as a result of
doing Kegel exercises. You need to read the above posts again if you
believe that I stated anything like that. I clearly stated in the first
sentence that I was discussing the "causes of fluid coming out".
You need to read more carefully.

I did. All of these diseases either are sexually transmitted or cause
pain. I've never had sex, nor do I feel pain in that area.
Anyway, it doesn't happen to me anymore; it just happened for a day or
two. Probably they were just few drops of sperm, that's all.
Thanks for your posts, anyway.

You are welcome--if it happens again--see a doctor so the fluid can
be tested.
