To all Doctors or Experts,
Okay so I just got back from Hawaii. While I was there I think I
stepped on something near the beach. It started to bug me in hawaii but
I didnt pay that much attention to it until I got home. Well I have
been home now for about a week and last night it started to bug me
again so I sat on a chair and checked it out to see excactly what it
was...
It was a very small bump and had no color. I started to tweeze it to
see if I could pick it off. The second I started to do so, I had a few
red lines sprouting out from the bump and running up my foot! That was
last night and this morning my whole leg is now aching. Even clear up
to the very top of my thigh by my pelvis.
Can anyone help?!? What is this? Is it a bite? What should I do?? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Please respond immediately!
Thank You,
Brandon

You need an expert to tell you to go to the doctor? Go to the doctor!
Get it LOOKED at.
My husband had those lovely red stripes running up his leg once. Within
12 hours he was feverish and vomiting. Spent a week in the hospital on
IV antibiotics to clear up a nasty case of cellulitis.
Go to the doctor. Now.

I usually ignore troll posts such as BWN.
My diagnosis is Munchausen syndrome by net.

Thanks for the advice. I was assuming just incredible stupidity.
Trying to draw the attention of doctors, then?

Go to the doctor or emergency department immediately. The red lines suggest
serious infection.

Go to the ER of a close hospital and do it immediately.
Let us know how it turns out.
