Hi, I'm an MD looking to get software that looks at Heart Rate
Variability.  I know of 2 products:

1. Freeze Framer 2.0 by Heartmath (www.heartmath.org)
2. NervExpress (www.nervexpress.com)

I'm looking to see if any practitioners have had experience with either
of these products to see which one would work better for an MD looking
to get into biofeedback therapy for anxiety.

In talking to customer service representatives, I had a really bad
experience with someone at NervExpress and was not impressed by his
explanation.

thanks,
Laura

I recommend the Freeze Framer to all of my clients who want to learn
how to control their emotions under stressful situations.  I have had
excellent results purchasing the program from www.HOLISTEC.COM.  Their
price is the same however,  they include a free ear sensor and EMF
Detector.  The ear sensor is more sensitive to measuring the heart rate
and more convenient to use.  The EMF Detector is a device that measures
the level of harmful electromagnetic fields in your environments.  Good
luck.
